Boxes are built square in our Orillia shop, fronts are cut from one run of stock, and the whole room is dry-fit on the bench before it reaches your floor. The shop is in Orillia, so most jobs here get measured, built and installed without the work ever leaving town.
Solid fronts, matched grain
Doors and drawer fronts cut in sequence so the figure runs across the run instead of stopping at every stile.
Drawers that hold weight
Dovetailed boxes on full-extension soft-close slides. Pot drawers carry cast iron without sagging.
Islands, sculleries, pantries
Waterfall stone returns, integrated appliance panels, and a back kitchen that hides the work.
Orillia kitchens tend to be either a full gut in an older two-storey near the core or a re-face-and-island job in a 1990s or 2000s subdivision home. Both are quoted from measurements taken on site, and both are dry-fit in the shop a few minutes away before anything is loaded on the truck.
